A small paper slip that serves as a permit, granting special authorization to the holder for a specific purpose - typically involving something that is not generally allowed under normal circumstances. The image printed on the front, in conjunction with the instructions written out on the back, are indicative of what this particular pass may be used for.

Use: Redeemable in conjunction with a Primordial Beast egg in order to upgrade the resulting Companion to Class 1.
