Site Sales

Hello, hello! Welcome to our first round of donation sales! For those of you who aren't aware of what a donation sale is - well, back when we still conducted most of our ARPG activities on dA, we had a Character Donation/Trade-In system where members could trade in their Glowchus-oriented designs in exchange for ARPG items and currency. In exchange, we get to use the donated characters for whatever means we see fit, whether that be for sales, raffles, gachas, giveaways, etc. We have plans to revive this particular system on site sometime soon here (hopefully by New Years), but because we've had quite a few design piling up, and we're still amassing some funds for site updates, we ended up throwing a sale a bit ahead of the re-release of the system. Each design listed here is available for purchase, simply comment below to claim!

Pricing Options

Donated designs will generally have two price options: Main prices and Side prices. This is basically so users have the option of buying the design straight out as is, or as a cheaper alternative if they have the items to use themselves (or prefer to buy those with radiance instead). Listed prices for donated designs (save for the rare instances in which we choose to do auctions) will always be the base value of the design at it's respective rarity tier - never higher. If the design is not presently registered, designs will have both Main and Side purchase prices. Main prices will generally always be USD while Side prices may sometimes have a radiance alternative.

ARPG Registration

Whether or not a design is presently registered, all designs purchased from this sale will be registered on site once the payment has been made in full. If an on base design is purchased with the "Main" price option, an off base design will need to be provided before it can be used for ARPG purposes.

  • In your claim comment, please state the following:
    • Which design number you are claiming.
    • Whether or not you're taking the Main or Side option.
    • If you'll be paying with USD or Radiance [if applicable].
•  Payments:
  • If paying with USD, payments must be made via invoice through paypal only.
  • If paying with Radiance, payments can be transferred directly to Arceus.
• Payment plans are available only for designs with a value of $100 or more.
• Sales are FCFS - we will not be accepting holds.
• By puchasing a design from this sale, you are agreeing to abide by our TOS.

• In order to claim a design...
  • Flatsales: Post a comment to claim.
  • Auctions: Respond to the bid chain to bid.
• Prices are in USD and will be paid to the artist through Paypal - via whatever means they prefer.
• The first person to AB gets the design, regardless of whether or not someone wants to AB at an available higher tier.
• Payment plans are available for designs that sell with a value of $100 or more, but only at the discretion at the artist.
  • If you're unsure whether or not an artist is willing to accept a payment plan for their design, you may reach out to them!
• Do not bid if you cannot commit to buying the design.
• Sales are FCFS and we will not be accepting holds.
• Buyers will receive the full res, transparent pngs of their designs [as well as any additional artwork that comes with it] after payment.
  • Rewards for higher ABs may not be available immediately after purchase and will take some time to complete.
• All designs are official, but will only be registered once sold.
  • The buyer does not need to register them - they will be registered automatically.
