A trait that originated from the ??? subtype, a Pokemon of Dwarf size can be up to 50% smaller than what is standard of their species. For example, a Riolu's Pokedex height is 2' 04", or 28 inches. 50% of 28 is 14, so a Dwarf-sized Riolu could as small as 14 inches, or 1' 02"!

• For the metric system crew: a Riolu's Pokedex height is roughly 71cm. 50% of 71 is 35.5, so a Dwarf-sized Riolu could as small as 35.5cm!
• Don't worry too much about decimals and rounding - what counts is the whole number being close enough to the result.
• Non-Luminarians cannot be dwarf!
