Old Gateau

Compared to its fellow regional specialties, Old Gateau is actually a medicine produced in the region once known as Sinnoh. Though it was traditionally used to heal a myriad of status conditions, it currently serves a far more functional purpose. It can still be enjoyed as an occasional health snack by anyone who finds the flavor appealing, however - although most Pokemon don't.

Use: Feed an Old Gateau to a companion in order to change it into its Sinnohian variant (if it has one).
