Enchanted Trait Potion

Can apply any trait (including anomalous traits and undefined traits) to a character. It can also be used to add additional forms to Shifters. In order to use this item, the character must already be the same rarity of the trait to be applied (unless the trait being applied is undefined). For example, if you want to apply anomalous iridescence to a character, the character must already be Legendary Rarity.
