He grew up in a pretty privileged place, in the more luxurious parts of the Central, and his general attitude often gives that away. High self-confidence, overtly bold and carefree in a borderline irresponsible matter just screams 'I am privileged' to many lower-class folk. Unlike many others in similar positions, he's actually pretty friendly without any obvious underlying notions of thinking someone is beneath him simply for being less fortunate. His most obvious flaw, for all his social abilities and initiative, he can (and often does) come off as self absorbed and/or shallow. He is easily caught up in talking about himself or things that directly relate to him, not so much with the intent of trying to make everything about him but more so to try and relate similar experiences with whomever he's talking to, not that the other person will often recognize that's what he's doing on first impression.
