「𝐇𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲」

Madison was born within the walls of Sanctuary Springs, sheltered from the horrors that Monica, her older sister, went through to protect her egg from harm. She never met their biological parents because while she was an egg, their hometown of Icka was struck by a Primordial Beast attack, and everything was left in ruin and the citizens were completely scattered. She knew from the beginning that she and Monica weren't from there, and it was isolating. She spent the majority of her time away from other children, mostly because she would cause such a fuss that eventually nobody wanted to play with her either out of fear or annoyance. Many parents shunned her because she'd pick fights with their children. It wasn't her fault, they just weren't playing right...

Despite being loud and unruly when her presence is known, Madison quickly learned how to use stealth to her advantage, even at the disadvantage of her bright, shiny fur. Whenever she saw an opening, she escaped adult supervision and snuck around the castle of Sanctuary, whether to annoy Ankha in the library or to swipe some desserts from the kitchen before dinnertime. She never quite learned how to correct her behavior - because her father was a friend of the king, the most she'd get would be a slap on the wrist. To put it simply, she could get away with anything if she wanted to.

If there was one thing worse than her experience "getting along" with the other children, it was her avoidant and ungrateful relationship with Monica. While Monica was nothing but kind to her, Madison saw this treatment as purposely babying and she was not accepting of her sister trying to be a mother for her. She didn't have a mother. Their parents weren't there. That's not a place Monica can take - not for Madison. However, when Monica wasn't trying to be that, Madison quite enjoyed her company, even if she didn't show it. 

Madison wasn't aware of how great of a life she had, until the fall of Sanctuary Springs. She'd been hidden away sneaking around when it happened - and because of that, she was left alone in the rubble, most likely presumed dead along with the rest of the fallen. Too young to just be lost. But lost she was, wandering around scared, dazed, and confused, for hours. Had she not eventually crossed paths with Solaris, she most likely would have met a fate worse than death.

「𝐅𝐮𝐧 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐬」

* Her bell was given to her by Ankha, supposedly to stop her from sneaking around the castle and causing unwanted trouble.
* She never felt at ease living in Sanctuary Springs but didn't know how to use words to express herself, so she lashed out at those who tried getting close to her instead.
* She hates being coddled, especially by Monica.
* If told to do something, she WILL find a roundabout way to get someone else to do it, or do it in the quickest possible way.
* Madison has severe insomnia, and is (albiet rarely) even unable to sleep for several days at a time.
* Suffers from chronic migraines after untreated head trauma from the fall of Sanctuary Springs.
